Meet the team!

Eric
Hi, I’m Eric, a wellness enthusiast, community builder, and proud co-founder of Pittsburgh TubClub. My mission is simple: to inspire others to take control of their well-being through meaningful connection, cold exposure, and self-regulation practices.

As someone who’s embraced the transformative power of contrast therapy, breathwork, and movement, I believe that these tools are more than just health hacks, they’re keys to living a balanced, vibrant life. I’m a dad of two incredible kids (who keep me on my toes!) and a lifelong learner in fitness. My wellness journey started with a love for weightlifting and has expanded to include running, breathwork, and the great outdoors. Oh, and if you catch me with a hazy IPA or talking about the primal energy of jaguars, you’ve hit a good day!

What truly drives me is the belief that love conquers all, in health, in relationships, and in community.

Tyler
Hello, I’m Tyler – your trusted health nut and proud co-founder of Pittsburgh TubClub. Throughout my life, I’ve searched for root cause issues and discovered how balancing my nervous system created wide reaching health improvements.
After learning and living the same practices that we use at TubClub, I can honestly say that my general anxiety is at an all-time low. From feeling more rested, to less stress and shy bladders, to stepping confidently in front of an audience, I am a living example of an improved quality-of-life. As a father to two young children, it’s more important than ever for me to be able to manage my reactivity so I don’t fuck these kids up too bad.
I specialize in guiding breathing exercises, spinal strengthening, and barefoot training. I'm focused on improving self-regulation skills, interoception, proprioception, balance, and stress management. I am a lifelong learner and a lover of the game. During our events, I work with participants to co-regulate so that they may feel their ability to reduce stress in real-time.
Talk to me about your health journey. I love to hear what you’ve discovered and what works for you.

Hannah
Hello, hello! I’m Hannah (or Hann, for short), a passionate advocate for food, movement, music, and nature — four interests that have shaped my life and connected me to vibrant communities, like TubClub.

Since joining TubClub in March 2023, this incredible community has brought immense joy and deeper self-awareness into my daily routine. Through breathwork, heat, and cold exposure, I’ve gained a new appreciation for the power of mindfulness, both inside and out.

For me, the journey to embracing these practices wasn’t immediate — I spent time observing from the sidelines before finally diving in, even spending a few weeks sitting in ice water before I fully understood their transformative power. These experiences have profoundly shifted my perspective on the control we have over our health and well-being.
As a fitness and nutrition coach, I’ve always believed that movement and food are forms of medicine, but the benefits of stillness — found through heat, cold, and breathwork — have opened a new level of living fully, not just existing.
When I’m not immersed in community practices or coaching, places I’d like to be are in the mountains, curled up on the couch with my cat Munchkin, dancing at Electric Forest, or, of course, TubClub (:

Previously, he worked as a traveling emergency room nurse during the COVID-19 pandemic, bringing expertise and resilience to high-intensity healthcare environments across the country.
Before nursing, Mitch participated in the business world, honing skills in leadership and adaptability. A certified yoga instructor for over 10 years and a practitioner for more than 20 years, he believes that movement and breath are powerful pathways to accessing the deeper dimensions of the soul and spirit.
Through the power of ice water, he has found cold plunging as another avenue to transcend further into one’s self and face what is in the present moment. Mitch integrates this philosophy into his nursing and teaching, fostering peace and connection for those he serves.
